Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact help@talvenfishing.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Used and unused items are eligible for return, with their original packaging and accessories. Normal use does not disqualify a return.

Return authorization and labels

Wait for return authorization and a shipping label before sending anything back. Use only the return address on the approved label. Our business address is not a returns address.

You pay the disclosed return-label cost for a change-of-mind return. Talven pays the label cost for approved defective or incorrect-item returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After reviewing your return, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or your order has not arrived, email us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information so we can investigate.
